What are your dates and hours?

We're open November 20-22, 27-30, all of December (except Christmas Eve and Christmas Day), and January 2-3. Friday and Saturday nights we're open 5pm to 9pm. Every other night we're open 5pm to 8pm.

Do I need to book a specific time?

Yes. Tickets are sold by arrival time slot to keep the trail from feeling crowded. Once you arrive, take your time, there's no rush to finish by a certain point.

Can I get in less than 30 minutes before closing?

No. Entry closes 30 minutes before the listed closing time each night.

Are dogs allowed?

No, dogs are not permitted on the trail.

Is the trail wheelchair or stroller accessible?

Yes, the trail is wheelchair and stroller accessible. Keep in mind this is an outdoor walking trail through the woods and live Christmas tree fields, so ground conditions can vary.

The trail is outdoors, so weather can affect conditions. We recommend checking conditions before you head out and dressing for the cold either way.

What should I wear?

Dress warm. This is an outdoor nighttime event and temperatures can drop fast once the sun goes down. Fire pits are on site to warm up by.

Can I get photos with Santa, Mrs. Claus, Rudolph, or the Grinch?

Yes, photo ops with Santa and Mrs. Claus are included with your ticket on select nights, and Rudolph joins on select nights too. The Grinch tends to show up most nights as well. You'll take your own photos, there's no professional photographer on site for these.

Can I walk the trail more than once?

Yes. After you finish, grab hot chocolate or s'mores by the bonfire, then head back through for a second walk if you'd like.
